Referral Program - Terms of Service
How It Works
- Your friend signs up for a new BizLand Web hosting plan.
- During signup, your friend must indicate the domain name or username of your BizLand Web hosting account, either by entering it in the "Referred by" field in the online signup form or if signing up over the phone by mentioning it to a member of BizLand Support.
- For each new referred account, we will credit your account $10.
- This credit will be applied to your next purchase. Eligible purchases, which may include domain name credits, upgrades, products, setup fees and of course, the renewal of your BizLand account. If you purchase something that costs less than the eqivalent of one free month of hosting, we will continue to apply the remainder of your credit to subsequent purchases utill the full credit amount has been applied.
Eligibility
- This offer only applies to BizLand Web hosting customers in good standing. Reseller plans are excluded from this offer.
- Credits will only be issued if your domain name or username is entered at the time of signup or communicated to our BizLand Support at the time of sale.
- Credits will be applied after your friend remains a customer in good standing with BizLand for at least 30 days.
- This offer is not valid where prohibited by law, or in any jurisdiction whose laws materially affect the terms of this offer.
Program Terms
- Referral credits must be for new customers to BizLand hosting plans.
- Credits will not be applied retroactively.
- Credits will be applied to your next purchase(s).
- BizLand reserves the right to revoke credits for violations to its Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, or a substantial change in business circumstances.
- Details of the program are subject to change without notice.
Credit Limits
- No limit applies to the number of individual credits that can be rewarded for individual referrals.
- There is no cash value for credits under any referral offer with BizLand. Credits are non-refundable.
